To translate the label we need a recognised composition and ingredient data from regulators and research. Right now one of these is missing:Чтобы перевести этикетку, нам нужен распознанный состав и данные по ингредиентам от регуляторов и из исследований. Сейчас одного из этого не хватает:

• part of the composition could not be recognised — the photo is unclear or the list is incomplete, orчасть состава не удалось распознать — фото нечёткое или список неполный, или

"Not enough data" is honest about us, not a rating of the product. It does not mean something is wrong with the composition, nor that everything is fine.
